This option enables a weighted annual calculation of seasonal patterns. Older data (price movements) are multiplied by a value smaller than 1 and receive a lower significance in the overall calculation. This makes it easier to identify seasonal trends that have weakened in recent years.

The weighted annual calculation does not have any effect on the price list or the profit and loss trades.
Seasonality Compare Chart Analyzer:
The seasonal comparator allows to compare the seasonal development of a defined period of several instruments with each other.
For each instrument a seasonal pattern is created. All seasonal developments are displayed in a chart.
In the dropdown 'Symbol list' you can choose from defined symbol lists. If you are missing a list or an instrument, please send us an e-mail.
In the area 'Time span' you can define the time which should be analyzed.
With the button 'Advanced Options' you can set further restrictions of the defined time.
Next to the chart, the key figures of the seasonal comparator are displayed. In the tab "Min/Max Statitic" further key figures of the analysis are provided.
Seasonality Chart: Seasonal chart: The chart shows the seasonal development of the selected instruments in the selected period. Comparison of the instruments is very easy.
Analysis - Result Key figures:
Count positive/negative: Number of instruments that end the analysis period with a positive or negative result.
Best/Worst performance (%): The best and worst percentage development of the seasonal pattern.
Symbols - Performance (%):
List of individual instruments and their percentage development of the seasonal pattern.
Using the arrow in the 'Analyze' column, you can perform a detailed analysis of the selected instrument.
Trade simulation of the selected time period (Trade List): The tab shows the best and worst performance of each instrument and the corresponding year.
Performance: Percentage development of the seasonal pattern.
Gain Hitratio: How often the instrument has shown a positive performance in the selected period.
Max Return: Best percentage performance of the instrument in the selected period.
Max Year: The year of the best percentage performance of the instrument in the selected period.
Min Return: Worst percentage performance of the instrument in the selected period.
Min Year: The year of the worst percentage performance of the instrument in the selected period.
Analyze: Open the Saisnonality Chart Analyzer with the respective instrument.
